RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you should need to return a product for any reason, please fill out the form below to provide us with the necessary detail.
We offer a flat rate delivery service of £5 for the UK mainland. We use APC Overnight for a next working day service.
As a rule of thumb, if you place an order with us before 2pm on a weekday, then we will aim to have your order delivered the next working day.
If you place your order after 2pm on a working day then your order will likely arrive two days later, e.g. if you order at 3pm on a Monday then you will likely receive your order on Wednesday.
Once your order is confirmed, we will email you with a consignment number that will allow you to track the status and location of your order.
If you have specific delivery requirements, please give us a call and we'll be happy to discuss.
During the order confirmation process you will verify that your age is 18 or above. Please be aware that we are unable to verify your age at the point of delivery, and so by stating the address and confirming your order, you are giving consent for the alcohol to be delivered to the specified address, and not the recipient specifically.
