Old Salt Rum
The first commercially produced rum in the UK: no salt added. We ferment and distil Black Strap molasses, as opposed to sugar cane syrup, as a base, which is very tricky and less profitable, but absolutely worth the effort. We distil three times to grab the quintessential flavour of rum: vanilla, raisins, cracked caramel, christmas cake, and a touch of banoffee pie. Matured in English oak casks. Serve neat, or with ginger beer, ice and a chunk of lime.
