Created by Master Distiller Dr John Walters from our culinary temple at Treguddick: this is brand new adventure into the world of condiments, delivering mouthwatering flavour like never before. We've combined gorgeous tomatoes, soft brown sugar, raw apple cider vinegar and…(drum roll) the original English Spiced Rum: pure sugar cane molasses, fermented and triple distilled in copper pots and infused with cherries, hibiscus, orange and lemon zests.
 
Try a liberal slathering into your bacon sandwich with some fresh chunky bread, or a generous dollop beside your brunch.  It also makes the perfect pairing with a good bowl of chips: especially quadruple-cooked vodka chips!

This deep brown sauce is zingy and sweet with apple and raisin notes and a rich level of warming spice. Use this boozy brown wherever takes your fancy, whether on a cooked breakfast or with a ham, egg and chips to take it to the next level. Try adding a tablespoon to your cottage pie mix to add a subtle richness and a gentle level of spice.
